From PRESTON : Onto A59 towards ORMSKIRK. At the Traffic Lights where Fiveways Pub is situated on the right, turn RIGHT onto A570 towards SOUTHPORT. Down this road until you pass on your left the Red Lion Pub followed immediately by a canal bridge. 1/4 mile further turn left into GORSUCH LANE. The first road on the right is RENACRES LANE. Follow the road until you come to a garage on right. Turn right into GREGORY LANE. The lane bends right then left, the Riding School is on the right just before a bridge.

From MANCHESTER / WARRINGTON / LIVERPOOL : M62 Motorway to M57 at Switch Island (Aintree). Keep in outside lane but you are turning right onto the A59 towards ORMSKIRK. 1st traffic lights after roundabout straight on, 2nd traffic lights straight on. At 3rd set of traffic lights TURN LEFT (shopping square on right) over pelican crossing to the next set of lights. TURN RIGHT Keep on this road past the Scarisbrick Arms Pub on left by a bridge. Follow road into Halsall Village, passing a church / monument / black and white house on right. Carry on until you see garage on left. BEFORE garage TURN LEFT into Gregory Lane. The lane bends right then left, the Riding School is on the right just before a bridge.
